We have received planning permission from Dublin City Council for our client, Earlsfort Group, for the change of use of Building P8, in Eastpoint Business Park, Dublin 3. Currently in use as an office building, with an area of 3,500 sq. m over 6 floors, it can now be used for Medical Consulting rooms and Laboratory Research facilities.
This aligns with the overall aim of broadening the uses of buildings and grounds in Eastpoint to provide a greater diversity of use throughout the Business Park.
Scott Tallon Walker Architects designed the original building, (along with the masterplan and other buildings in Eastpoint Business Park) and are delighted to be involved in the continued evaluation, upgrading, and re-use of the existing building stock.
Our collaboration with KPMG Future Analytics resulted in the granting of planning permission without any objections.
