Located opposite Terminal 2, this is the second phase of Dublin Airport Central – a new business destination developed by daa which includes business and social amenities. DAC Phase 2 incorporates two 7-storey office buildings (total 11,700 sq.m), a 5-storey car park with 694 spaces, and a single storey restaurant pavilion within the new landscaped urban realm facing Terminal 2. The new office buildings are designed to enable maximum tenant flexibility and include generous bicycle parking and showering facilities. The office buildings are targeted to achieve a LEED ‘Gold’ rating.
