Tallaght University Hospital’s Intensive Critical Care Unit has been shortlisted in the ‘Healthcare Project of the Year’ category for this year’s Irish Building and Design Awards.

Tallaght University Hospital’s Intensive Critical Care Unit has been shortlisted in the ‘Healthcare Project of the Year’ category for this year’s Irish Building and Design Awards, taking place on Friday 8th March in Dublin.

The shortlisting recognises the quality of the design for this facility, which brought the capacity of TUH’s ICCU to 21 beds. The project involved complex tie ins and adjacencies to the existing hospital on multiple levels which remained live throughout. The new facility ensures exemplar clinical care in a world class environment for both patients and staff.
