Our Managing Director, Ronan Phelan, was featured in the Sunday 28th May edition of the Business Post, where he discussed the environmental and social benefits of retaining and upgrading existing buildings.
In his first interview since becoming our new Managing Director, Ronan discussed key projects that we have been involved in across the commercial, residential, and higher education sectors where environmental impacts were considered from the outset. He also highlighted the importance of designing and creating places in which people want to live, work, and socialise, which can be achieved through the re-development of older buildings into mixed-use facilities that can benefit the surrounding communities.
