RIAI Simon Open Door Raises €98,000 for Simon Communities

We are delighted to hear that the RIAI Simon Open Door initiative raised €98,000 in donations this year.
The initiative, which this year celebrated its 20th anniversary, was held from Monday 8th until Monday 15th April. Homeowners could avail of a one-hour long consultation with RIAI Registered Architects for a donation of €120. A total of 777 consultations took place nationwide.
Thank you to our colleagues St John Handley, Patrycja Kochaniuk, Paul Barry, Rachel Dudley, and Davide Ferrai who donated their time and expertise to raise funds for the important work of Simon Communities of Ireland, which works to tackle all forms of homelessness throughout Ireland.

National Forensics Mental Health Service Featured in IGBC Case Studies on Biodiversity Within the Built Environment 22.05.25
On International Biodiversity Day, Thursday 22nd May, during National Biodiversity Week the first set of Irish case studies to protect and enhance biodiversity within the built environment was launched by the Irish Green Building Council. The case studies highlight the integration of biodiversity and nature-based solutions into different types of buildings and infrastructure.
