Phase 1 of this 20,000m2 complex was completed in 1988. It contains highly specialized teaching and research facilities for the Departments of Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering and Chemical Engineering.
The simplicity and strength of this building, together with the approach to integrating the services with the architecture, have led to a building recognised for its architecture and engineering quality.
