The starting point for the design was to carry out an urban design study of the existing site in relation to the Town Centre. The final proposals include high quality public realm with good links and connections to the Town Centre.  

The scheme which was granted Planning Permission comprises 236 residential units, made up of own door terraced houses and 2/3 bed apartments all dual aspect with good external terraces.  

The various blocks enclose interesting well landscaped spaces and rising height from 3 storey to 6 storey.
