Paul is an Associate with Scott Tallon Walker Architects, joining the practice in 2007 after moving to Dublin from London. In London amongst other projects Paul worked on The Knightsbridge a high-end residential building overlooking Hyde Park, and Vauxhall Cross, two mixed use towers, one forty-one storeys, one thirty-one storeys linked together by an urban forest, a densely planted winter garden at the heart of Vauxhall.

With STW in Dublin, Paul led the team that developed Miesian Plaza, UCD Club and Fyffes new Production Facility in Balbriggan. Paul works on many feasibility studies with a focus on high-quality design and sustainability.

Paul is a member of the STW Sustainability Team and has served on the RIAI Sustainability Committee. He is currently serving on the RIAI DfMA/ MMC Committee (Designed for Manufacture and Assembly, Modern Methods of Construction). Paul leads the STW AI Research Team

Paul is motivated by the high-quality design and detailing that is embedded within the core principles of the practice, and by the team he works with. He places great importance on a close relationship with clients and contractors to achieve designs that exceed their expectations in design, functionality, and environmental performance. Paul has a passion for science, technology, design, and storytelling – all of which inform his work as well as forming the basis of his hobbies in his spare time. He is inspired by those around him and the continued advancement of technology, with particular interest in the potential of AI and its impact on design in the coming years.
