The awards ceremony took place in Belfast on the 17th of October 2010.

Judges citation: This project has been chosen by the adjudicators as the nominee from the Southern region for the Overall Award - Bog Oak Trophy. It is an excellent example of work completed to a very high standard by the landscape contractor for a wide range of skills in soft and hard landscape work. The adjudicators were also aware of the challenges encountered by the contractor in developing gardens several floors above the ground in a modern building.

The scheme is designed around a major new civic space, Point Square, which is bounded by the shopping and leisure complex, the O2 Arena, and a future 130 metre high landmark tower. Part of the Government’s decentralisation programme, the new offices already have more than 180 working on the new campus, with forty additional workers due to transfer over the next three months.
