Chinwe joined Scott Tallon Walker in 2007 following a move from Glasgow, Scotland, where she studied and worked since 1996. She obtained her professional qualifications from the University of Strathclyde, and is a registered Architect in both the UK and Ireland.

Having been involved in major educational, commercial and healthcare projects throughout the UK and Ireland, she has gained extensive knowledge of various construction contracts. In her position as a Senior Architect in the UK, she was responsible for the delivery of a new €30m secondary school in Dunoon, Scotland UK.

Since joining Scott Tallon Walker, Chinwe has been involved in a range of complex healthcare projects. Most recently, she was the Project Architect for the Marymount University Hospital and Hospice in Curraheen, Cork, bringing it to successful completion in May 2011, under the New Government Form of Public Works Contract. This 144-bed palliative and elderly care facility replaced an existing facility in Cork, placing primary emphasis on universal accessibility within a 2-3 storey building environment including complete Campus Development Control Plan, Recreation, Therapy areas and Clinical Education Facilities, Therapeutic and Secure Gardens.
